TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
This website is operated by Diolsem Prim SRL (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Accessing and using this website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to modify their content at any time, without prior notice. Changes become binding from the moment they are published.

2. DEFINITIONS

• Website – the online platform owned by BradAcasă Huși.
• User – any individual or legal entity accessing the website.
• Client – any User who places an order.
• Order – an electronic document submitted via the website, constituting a purchase offer.
• Contract – the distance agreement concluded between the Company and the Client, upon express confirmation of an order.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Company strives to provide accurate information but does not guarantee the absence of errors. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Characteristics or prices may be changed without prior notice.

4. ORDERING AND CONTRACT CONCLUSION

Placing an order implies the Client’s acceptance of electronic communication (e-mail, phone). The Contract is considered concluded when the order is confirmed by the Company through electronic means.

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT METHODS

Prices are expressed in RON (Romanian Lei) and include VAT. Accepted payment methods are:

• Bank card (at the time of order)
• Bank transfer (based on proforma invoice)
• Cash (only upon delivery/pickup, max. 5000 RON)

The Company issues a fiscal invoice in accordance with current legislation.

6. PRODUCT DELIVERY

Delivery is available within Romania, within a maximum of 30 days from order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.

Ownership of the goods is transferred upon receipt by the Client or by a third party designated by the Client, other than the carrier.

7. RETURN POLICY

In accordance with Government Ordinance no. 34/2014, consumers may return products within 14 calendar days from receipt, without providing a reason and without penalties, with return shipping costs borne by the consumer. Returns must be made by courier with the “Open on delivery” option.

The Company may refuse the return or withhold a portion of the refund for used, incomplete, or damaged products.

Legal entities are not entitled to return products.

8. WARRANTY

Products come with a 24-month legal conformity warranty. The warranty covers repair, replacement, or full refund, within a maximum of 15 days. Products not collected within 15 days of notification will be subject to a fee of 5 RON/day. After 180 days, uncollected products are considered abandoned and become the property of BradAcasă Huși, in accordance with the Civil Code.

9. ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACTING

The Company reserves the right to assign or subcontract its obligations, with prior notice to the Client. The Company remains liable to the Client.

10. ORDER CANCELLATION

The Company reserves the right to cancel an order without prior notice in the following cases:

• material errors regarding price or product details;
• out-of-stock items;
• payment refusal by the banking institution;
• incomplete or incorrect customer information.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from:

• website malfunctions;
• display or transmission errors;
• misuse of products after delivery;
• delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or external factors.

Complaints must be submitted via the Contact Form available on the website.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for failure to fulfill contractual obligations due to a force majeure event, in accordance with applicable law.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Contract is governed by Romanian law. Disputes shall be resolved amicably, or if not possible, by the competent courts in Romania.
