Delivery conditions

Product Delivery

The delivery of products purchased from the online store bradacasa.ro is carried out via courier service. When placing your order, please provide the address where you want the products to be delivered. Before delivery, you will receive a phone call from our operator to confirm your availability to receive the order.

Upon receiving the products, please check their integrity — they must be packed in the manufacturer’s original packaging. You will also be presented with the payment receipt.

IMPORTANT! Products are delivered only to the building entrance or gate. We do not deliver to the door or inside apartments.

Delivery Terms

Orders are delivered within 4–5 days from the moment of phone confirmation.

Exceptions apply to orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, which will be delivered at the beginning of the following week.

During peak season, both confirmation and delivery may take longer than the standard timeframe.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs will be communicated via the order confirmation email or by phone.

Payment Methods

Online Payment:
You can pay online by bank card. For this option, payment is made after placing the order.

Cash or Card on Delivery:
You can pay upon delivery or pickup. Two payment options are available at delivery:

• Cash payment

• Bank card payment

Bank Transfer (Legal Entities Only):
Legal entities can pay via bank transfer to our company account. For this, we will require your company’s billing details (company name, tax ID, IBAN, etc.).
