Product Delivery

Products purchased from the BradAcasă.ro online store are delivered by courier.

When placing your order, please provide the address where you would like the order to be delivered. Before dispatch, a representative of our company will contact you by phone to confirm the order and your availability to receive the products.

Upon receiving your order, please check the integrity of the products and their packaging. Products must be delivered in the manufacturer's original packaging. You will also receive a receipt upon delivery.

IMPORTANT!

Delivery is provided only to the building entrance or property gate. The courier service does not include delivery to the apartment door or transportation of the products inside the property.

 

Delivery Times

Orders are delivered within 4–5 business days from the moment the order is confirmed by phone. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and delivered at the beginning of the following week. During peak periods and the high season, order processing, confirmation, and delivery may take longer than the standard delivery timeframe.

 

Delivery Costs

The delivery cost is communicated in the order confirmation email or confirmed by phone by one of our representatives.

 

Payment Methods

1. Online Payment by Bank Card

Online payment can be made using a bank card. If you choose this payment method, the order must be paid for after placing the order, according to the instructions available on the website.

2. Payment Upon Delivery

Payment is made upon receiving the products, either when collecting the order or upon delivery by courier. When receiving your order, you can pay:

• in cash;

• by bank card.

3. Bank Transfer — Legal Entities

Legal entities can pay for their orders by bank transfer to our company's bank account. To make the payment, you must use the bank details provided by our company. To process the order, we will require your company's banking details.
